We believe every person should be able to access information about birth support, postpartum care, wellness education, professional connections, and SoulFlower Haven’s services with dignity and independence.
 

Our Accessibility Goal

SoulFlower Haven is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

These guidelines explain how digital content can be made more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
 

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will continue reviewing and improving the website as content, services, and technology evolve.

SoulFlower Haven uses the Wix website platform and its available accessibility features. We also review content and design decisions that remain under our control.

Although we are working to improve accessibility, some areas may not yet provide an equally accessible experience for every visitor.

• Some images may still require improved or more descriptive alternative text.

• Certain Wix booking, calendar, payment, or form components are provided through third-party technology and may have limitations outside SoulFlower Haven’s direct control.

• Downloadable PDF materials, including the professional flyer, may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the website.

• Third-party websites linked from SoulFlower Haven may follow different accessibility practices.
   

If a PDF, booking tool, form, image, or other feature is difficult to access, please contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
